There are a lot of computer training courses around at the moment as it is becoming a really popular way to learn. The courses are more convenient as you can learn at your computer and with so many people with laptops these days it means that you can be wherever you want to be when you are studying, whether it is in the office, in the garden, in the park or at home in bed! It means that you can be more relaxed and comfortable. Some people find that they work better in the structured environment of a classroom but many people prefer the flexibility of being able to study wherever they like and these are the people that computer training videos really suit. If you are a passenger in the car you can work there or at your desk at work as well as anywhere at home (maybe not the bath though!) Being able to choose your place of study is great for most people although being too relaxed may not be the best environment for example you may start to nod off when in bed or you might find the suns glare on the screen is distracting if you are outside. It is great to have the opportunity to try different situations out and find this out for yourself.

My company has recently started sending a lot of the staff on employee development training which seems like a really good idea to me. I love doing courses and I think this one seems like fun and really useful as well. It is always good to learn something new, I think and great to have a bit of time out of the office doings omething different. It is easy as well as there is no exam to do or anything like that, it is just a matter of taking some time out of the office to watch some soft skills training videos which I think looks like great fun. I learn well from watching videos, hopefully everyone else finds the same thing as well. I think that this sort of thing brings all of the company together as they all share some knowledge and can talk about what went on in the course. I think it also teaches everyone valuable things about working in a company together which I think is crucial for all companies whether big or small. I hope that everyone else appreciates the training as well - at least I know that I will enjoy it a lot anyway.
